Where we started
EZ Turn (2018) was created by former NFL Player
Chase Minnifield and Veteran Lincoln Ogata. Chase owns a student housing vendor (Helping Hands) and began conceptualizing EZ Turn while managing multiple student housing turns.

Since 2018, the EZ Turn team has grown as well as our footprint as we now manage 50,000 units. Our clients are now managing the EZ way!
Chase, Lincoln and the newly formed development team released their beta in May of 2018. After 1 year, EZ Turn was University and were working with some of the top student housing management companies in the US.

After hiring a larger development company EZ Turn took the feedback from customers and set out creating a new phase 2 product that added more flexibility to their customers. EZ Turn grew by 5 times between year one and two and along the way saw the core value to larger properties/Universities was EZ Turn’s ability to create work, assign it and track the individual as they work on that task.

Since 2018, the EZ Turn Team has grown with over 50,000 users are managing the EZ Way.
