Where we started

Former NFL player Chase Minnifield and Veteran Lincoln Ogata joined forces to create EZ Turn in 2018. Chase, who owns a student housing vendor called Helping Hands, came up with the concept for EZ Turn while overseeing multiple student housing turns.

Since its inception, the EZ Turn team has experienced significant growth and expanded its reach, now managing a whopping 50,000 units. Our clients have embraced the EZ Way, finding it to be an efficient and effective solution.

Chase, Lincoln, and their newly formed development team launched the beta version of EZ Turn in May 2018. Within a year, the platform gained recognition from universities and began collaborating with some of the leading student housing management companies in the US.

In order to enhance their offering based on valuable customer feedback, EZ Turn enlisted the services of a larger development company. This partnership led to the creation of Phase 2, a product that introduced greater flexibility for customers. Over the course of the second year, EZ Turn's growth multiplied by five. Throughout this journey, the team realized that EZ Turn's ability to generate, assign, and track tasks became particularly valuable for larger properties and universities.

Since 2018, the EZ Turn Team has expanded significantly, with over 50,000 users now managing their operations the EZ Way.
